Y77 is building a next-generation AI product that combines real technical depth with strong user experience. We are looking for a Software Engineer to help shape it from the ground up. You will join at the earliest stage, working directly with the founder to define product vision, roadmap, and go to market strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of software development, product engineering, and operations.
What you will do
• Design, develop, and maintain core technology systems, including tracking infrastructure, attribution models, and automation frameworks
• Review existing software in light of business needs and improve what matters most
• Build scalable, efficient, reliable code for internal tools and client-facing solutions
• Contribute to our new AI product and ship production-ready features
• Develop user interfaces, implement software, and evaluate outcomes
• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch within an Agile process
• Test, debug, and continuously improve system quality
• Partner closely with design and engineering to deliver excellent product and user experience
• Build scripts and tools to automate data collection, reporting, and analytics workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven decision frameworks and predictive attribution solutions
• Engage early users, collect feedback, and iterate quickly based on real-world usage
• Translate product vision into clear requirements and user stories
• Work with client teams to implement bespoke technical solutions and meet specific requirements
• Maintain clear technical documentation for systems, processes, and integrations
• Plan and maintain database structures
• Support internal training and knowledge transfer so the team can operate confidently
• Create and develop website interfaces and implement new methodologies
What we are looking for
• 8 plus years building complex software systems and working in product-focused environments
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum, and modern product development best practices
• Strong technical fluency and ability to make sound build, buy, or defer decisions
• Comfort integrating multiple platforms and resolving integration issues
• Experience taking products from zero to one, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues, data inconsistencies, and system conflicts
• High attention to data integrity, reliability, and precise implementation of tracking and reporting tools
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
