Legal Counsel

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £80k-£90k

Our global client are seeking a commercial counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Sales: supporting European sales teams (e.g. corporate sales agreements, brokers, travel management companies and partnership agreements) with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, general legal advice and handling commercial disputes.
Procurement: supporting European procurement teams, including drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, licences & development agreements, IT & SaaS agreements, fleet purchase agreements, providing general legal advice and handling commercial disputes.
Marketing: providing legal support to the European marketing team, including advising on marketing communications, promotions, website content, cookie compliance and new products.

An opportunity to work in a wide range of legal areas at an international level, which may include:

Payment services and financing
E-commerce/ websites/ rental terms
Public affairs & Lobbying
IP: assisting with management of the International region’s trademark portfolio.
Corporate
Compliance & Governance: assisting with general compliance responsibilities for our European operations.
Data protection: awareness of and ability to practically apply privacy principles in a range of commercial scenarios.

Background & aptitude

Qualified lawyer with c 3-6 years pqe.
Commercial contracts lawyer
Experience working in house
