Since its inception, L3Harris has continuously iterated upon our Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) technology and successfully exported and delivered the system to over 300 vessels across 27 navies worldwide. What The Role Will Involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

Support the Security Manager and Site Security Controller in
Visitor handling
Incident recording and management
Physical site security monitoring
Enforcing security policies
Emergency action planning activities
Security administration duties
Security awareness and induction training
Classified document control
Staff Security advice
Control and monitor building security including CCTV, issue and return of passes and keys, alarms and access control systems

What You’ll Bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

Ability to prioritise, problem solve and manage a varied workload
Diligent and adaptable work ethic
Self-motivated, positive and proactive approach essential
Experience of customer facing security roles demonstrating a customer focused approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to integrate into a team environment and liaise professionally with customers and external bodies
Proficient IT skills
