Avayda is hiring Entry-Level Summer Sales Representatives to join our award-winning pest control sales team across Canada.

This role is ideal for students, recent grads, or anyone hungry to develop communication, confidence, and business skills — no prior sales experience required. Full training, mentorship, and housing are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Summer Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, educating families on how professional pest control can protect their homes and improve quality of life.

You will:

Engage homeowners through in-person conversations
Present Avayda’s pest control solutions clearly and professionally
Build rapport, earn trust, and close sales
Attend daily training and team meetings
Work closely with managers and mentors to improve performance
Represent Avayda with confidence, energy, and integrity

This is a fast-paced, performance-based role where effort directly impacts earnings and advancement.

Students or recent graduates (all programs welcome)
Entry-level candidates looking to build real-world business skills

No sales experience required — full training provided.

Requirements

LOCATION: KELOWNA
Full-time availability for the summer season (May–August)
Willingness to relocate for the summer (housing provided)
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong communication skills
Smartphone access for training and communication

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based pay: $20,000–$50,000+ over the summer
