Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer – E-Learning & Training Development to support continuous learning initiatives within an Engineering organization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving training programs to enhance organizational capability and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in eLearning development and be comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

Develop effective training content for integration within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Lead training development projects by following structured project practices, meeting timelines, and communicating status updates.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical information into clear, learner-focused training materials.
Design and develop eLearning and blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness using data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support additional training initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience,
OR
High School Diploma / GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience in eLearning development (required)
