Bring your procurement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to help support our ambitious agenda!

Join our Professional Services team as a Global Category Manager, take the lead on subcategories including Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, drive strategy across diverse indirect categories, and become the go-to expert for our most exciting ad-hoc projects.

Core Responsibilities

This role entails aiding business objectives, crafting category strategies, optimizing vendor contracts, nurturing supplier and internal ties, and spearheading innovation discovery. Main focus will be on Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and External Workforce. More specifically you will

Partner with collaborators to develop and implement sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals, translating business objectives into actionable strategies
Lead complex negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and performance
Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, translating them into category strategies/plans and robust actions leading to efficiency improvements. Conduct continuous benchmarking through market insights to stay ahead of the competition and generate high-impact productivity
Establish and nurture solid relationships with primary suppliers. Roll out supplier relationship management strategies to promote cooperation, ingenuity, and ongoing progress.
Proactively coordinate and lead risk management across the PS category. You will coordinate global risk assessment and tracking, ensuring our supply chain is bulletproof against geopolitical, financial, and reputational shifts.

Our division, Indirect Materials and Services Sourcing, works globally to improve sourcing, partner effectively with internal teams, and manage supplier relationships. We oversee procurement for Facility, Travel, Professional Services, Distribution, and IT categories worldwide.

Do you have what it takes

We imagine that the ideal candidate has a good understanding of global procurement processes and the vendor landscape, with solid indirect procurement experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to work effectively with global multicultural teams. Moreover, you have

Experience negotiating global enterprise agreements
Proficient knowledge of the Professional Services industry and impact of digitalisation, primarily centered on Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Temporary Staffing and Contingent Workforce.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and influence with confidence at different levels inside and outside the organization
Experience leading and delivering multiple projects successfully
Capability and self-assurance to develop strong collaborator connections at all levels
Strong analytical skills in interpreting data to recommend actions
A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude to learning and a collaborative spirit
Flexibility for global travels
Proficiency in English, both verbally and written
