Junior .NET Developers (2 Contract Roles) Montreal

Hybrid | Financial Services Technology Environment | $45 to $55 per hour

We are currently looking for two Junior .NET Developers to join a high performing development team supporting enterprise applications in a fast paced financial services environment.

Start Date: April 6, 2026

End Date: October 9, 2026

Extension: Yes

posibility of converting to full time: Yes

Work Model: MONTREAL Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite

Rate: $45 to $55 per hour

Role Overview

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building modern applications and taking ownership of the development lifecycle. The selected candidates will work closely with cross functional teams to design, build, and maintain enterprise grade solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions

• Own development tasks from design through implementation and testing

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions

• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Follow best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security

Technical Environment

Frontend: Vue.js 3

Backend: .NET Core 8.0 with C#

Database: Microsoft SQL (Azure SQL Managed Instance)

Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure

CI/CD: Azure DevOps pipelines across most repositories

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure

• Experience developing APIs and backend services

• Ability to take functional requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Hands on coding experience and strong technical problem solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced development environment

• Experience in financial services or banking environments is considered an asset
