We Are Hiring: Data Scientist (Fresher / Entry-Level | 0–3 Years)

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Data Science. This role is designed for candidates who may have strong academic knowledge, projects, or internship experience and are excited to learn while working on real-world data problems under expert guidance.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Freshers / 0–3 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns

• Support senior data scientists in building and testing ML models

• Create simple reports, dashboards, and visualizations

• Work on academic, internship, or internal projects using real datasets

• Learn and apply industry best practices in data science

• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields

• Basic programming knowledge in Python

• Understanding of statistics and mathematics fundamentals

• Familiarity with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases

• Awareness of machine learning concepts (training, testing, overfitting, etc.)

• Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset

• Good communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Academic projects or internships in Data Science / Analytics

• Exposure to ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI)

• Online courses, certifications, Kaggle participation, or GitHub projects

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
