Role Summary
Alteris Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP Cloud ALM to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions while leveraging SAP Cloud ALM for test management, monitoring, and quality assurance. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes, automation frameworks, and end-to-end testing strategies to ensure system stability, performance, and business process validation across SAP modules.
Remote / Hybrid / Client Site - Contract Role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP S/4HANA applications.
Develop and execute end-to-end automated test scenarios across multiple SAP business processes and modules.
Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for test planning, test case management, execution tracking, and defect monitoring.
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate business requirements and processes.
Support functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across SAP environments.
Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks and reusable test components within Tosca.
Manage and maintain test cases, test data, and defect logs within SAP Cloud ALM.
Participate in test strategy development and test planning for SAP S/4HANA implementations and system enhancements.
Support continuous testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Provide recommendations on test automation best practices, quality assurance processes, and testing tools.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test automation roles.
Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation platform.
Experience testing SAP S/4HANA environments and business processes.
Experience using SAP Cloud ALM for test management and defect tracking.
Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business process testing.
Experience with test case design, automation frameworks, and defect management processes.
Ability to work in Agile, hybrid, or SAP Activate project environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
Knowledge of CI/CD integration with Tosca (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other test management tools.
Tricentis Tosca certification is considered an asset.
