Job Specifications

Position Purpose :

Manage the day-to-day activity, including reconciliation, issuing margin calls, respond to Broker margin calls and investigates any Collateral Assets breaks and queries.

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring that accurate and timely client servicing is a priority when dealing with and responding to day-to-day queries and requests from both internal and external customers
Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all queries received by the team, in accordance with agreed timeframes

Knowledge & Experience :

Must-have

2-4 years of relevant experience
Collateral Management process understanding
Custody knowledge experience.
Fund accounting - Canadian/US experience preferred
Derivatives administration

Nice-to-have

Access database
W360
Bloomberg terminal
CFA certification

The expected base salary range for this position is $30 – $35 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
