Job Title- Junior IT Business Analyst

Work Location: TYSONS, Virginia - Local

Visa: USC, Green Card Only

Mode of Interview: In-Person Interview

Compensation: $40-45/hr W2 --- looking for junior - with min 3 years of experience

Strong Communication skills to work with key stakeholders

Strong Project Documentation experience/ ability to define future requirements

Ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams of diverse backgrounds to deliver solutions that meet business requirements while aligning with strategic direction.

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing business analysis, working with large amounts of complex data, and developing workflows.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Experience working for a financial organization or other highly regulated sector.

• Agile/Scrum background preferred.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, any project management tool: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

• Experience with eliciting and documenting both functional and non-functional technical requirements in financial services setting is preferred.

• Experience gathering technical and business requirements and documenting User Stories in Jira.

• Proficient in Salesforce functions to include reporting, dashboards, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - comfortable and self-assured communicating to all levels of the organization, both business and IT.

• Effective time management, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Ability to manage priorities effectively and move between projects as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will not supervise employees.

Licenses and Certifications

No additional licenses or certification required.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor officesetting with moderate noise.

*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25pounds.
