Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, business analysis, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams to design and implement solutions.
Configure and support Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Create functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
Support integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills:

12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Business Analysis background.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, process builder, and integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
