You will:
Write engaging, creative job postings
Source, identify, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
Support the arrival and onboarding of new interns
Drive intern engagement: lunches, team-building activities, community moments, etc.
Contribute to our campus strategy: attend recruitment fairs, build relationships with partner schools, and define an intern recruitment calendar
2) Learning & Development (Training)
You will support the operational delivery of the training plan, with a strong focus on coordination and follow-up.
Administrative & logistics coordination:
Manage and track training registrations
Help plan and organize sessions (room bookings, equipment, logistics)
Keep administrative files up to date (quotes, agreements, invoices, evaluations)
Ensure data reliability and updates in HR/training tracking tools
Content & program support:
Identify and liaise with training providers to build new modules
Contribute to training content creation (mainly PowerPoint)
3) Support to HR Projects
Depending on ongoing priorities, you’ll also contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives such as:
Performance reviews
Talent management
Internal communication
DEI topics (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), etc.
