INTERNSHIP - INTERNATIONAL FINANCE PROGRAM - H/F/X

With the INTERNATIONAL FINANCE PROGRAM, Groupe Rocher offers you much more than an internship: a strategic immersion at the heart of the Group’s international finance function. Designed as an excellence program, it will allow you to develop a global understanding of financial challenges and become part of a high-value corporate network.

Through two complementary six-month internships, you will gain a highly professional and high-exposure experience in a stimulating and empowering environment.

1/ July – December 2026: Corporate Controlling Internship or Finance Transformation Internship: Experience at Groupe Rocher Headquarters (Issy-les-Moulineaux, France) in an international environment.

Controlling Internship :

Monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts: analysis of consolidated Group data (by brand, channel, geographical area, etc.) and preparation of reporting materials (dashboards and presentations) for Senior Management.
Ad hoc financial analyses: conducting specific studies requested by the Finance Department, Senior Management, or Business Units, in collaboration with controllers across different business scopes.
These responsibilities may evolve depending on your skills and interests.

Finance Transformation Internship:

Participate in various stages of project development.Support the Global Process Owners (GPOs) in enhancing the documentation of Core Model processes. Prepare communication materials for subsidiaries at each stage of the projects.
Work on various data-related topics (KPIs, etc.).
Promote and deploy new tools within the finance community (training sessions, feedback collection, surveys, etc.).
Contribute to finance sub-projects involving other tools, such as ANAPLAN.

2/ January – June 2027: full immersion within one of our subsidiaries:

During the second part of the program, you will join one of our international subsidiaries for an immersive experience in management control or accounting, allowing you to develop your financial expertise in an operational and multicultural environment.

This internship opportunity is for you if you:

Are a student at a business school or enrolled in an equivalent university program at Master’s level (Bachelor +4/5), with a specialization in Finance / Accounting & Controlling / Information Systems
Are looking for a gap year internship in order to apply your analytical skills and gain autonomy while joining an ambitious project-driven organization
Are a rigorous and well-organized person, seeking an opportunity within an engaging and international project environment
Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken (a good level is essential)
