Job Description

Impetus is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to lead future-state cloud architecture initiatives and support enterprise migration efforts. This role requires a strong AWS Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can guide teams in designing modern, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, mentor engineering teams, and enable best practices across AWS core services, containerization, serverless, and event-driven architectures.

What You'll Bring:

Extensive hands-on experience architecting solutions on AWS.
Deep expertise across compute, storage, networking, databases, and messaging services.
Strong experience with containerization (EKS/ECS) and serverless architectures.
Proven track record leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) certification.
Experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-account AWS environments.
Exposure to AI/ML workloads on AWS.
