Security / ICT Project Manager – Midlands Based

Up to £80,000 + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Pension

We’re looking for an experienced Security / ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level electronic security systems on a major project in Oxford.

The project includes a fully integrated security solution covering IP CCTV, access control, intruder detection and centralised video management across a large, technically advanced campus environment.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile, complex project while joining a team that delivers some of the UK’s most technically challenging security installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale electronic security systems

• Manage installation performance, programme and quality

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

• Provide technical leadership across installation and commissioning

• Ensure compliance with H&S and industry standards

• Drive successful testing, commissioning and project handover

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering large security system projects

Strong client and stakeholder management skills

Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems

Knowledge of VMS platforms (e.g. Milestone) and systems such as Galaxy

Good understanding of IP networks and ELV systems

Previous experience managing multi-million pound projects
