Role: Agentic AI / GenAI Technical Lead

Location: Toronto, Canada (4 Days Onsite / Week)

Job Type: Contract / Long Term

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI / GenAI Technical Lead to design and develop advanced AI-driven autonomous workflows and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic frameworks, and AI-integrated microservices.

You will lead the development of AI-powered reconciliation workflows that leverage multi-agent architectures, reasoning modules, and advanced automation pipelines.

Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience
3+ years hands-on with GenAI / LLM development
Strong programming in Python, C#, .NET
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, ETL workflows
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG pipelines
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents
Cloud exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Red Hat OpenShift (OCP4)
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, RDBMS, NoSQL

Preferred:

Experience in Wealth Management / Financial Domain
