Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production systems using tools like Splunk, logs, and dashboards to detect and resolve issues proactively.
Create and maintain monitoring alerts, log analysis workflows, and incident response procedures.
Support and troubleshoot AI/ML model deployments in production environments.
Provide production support for Python-based applications and microservices built using FastAPI.
Work with AWS services for application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Investigate and resolve performance issues, failures, and data inconsistencies in production systems.
Collaborate with development teams to improve observability, logging, and reliability of applications.
Manage and troubleshoot code repositories using Bitbucket.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL for data analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Python development

• Strong experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

• Experience in production support / application support environments

• Strong experience with log monitoring and alert creation

• Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring tools

• Familiarity with AI/ML models and deployment pipelines

• Experience with Bitbucket / Git-based version control

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments
