Required Skills

2+ years of IT support experience supporting Windows and Mac platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Active Directory
Hands-on experience with workstation setup, refreshes, and decommissioning
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with remote support, VPN, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and asset inventory management
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, email systems, and mobile device support
Prior experience in financial or highly regulated environments
Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures

Preferred Education And Experience

Associate degree, certificate, or boot camp in Computer Science or related field
Proven track record in a fast-paced support environment supporting desktop and peripheral devices

Other Requirements

Must work onsite at our client’s corporate location, five days a week
Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
