About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of sleek user interfaces and robust distributed systems. In this role, you won't just build CRUD apps; you will architect resilient, long-running workflows using Temporal and Python while delivering high-performance frontends in React.

What You’ll Do

Orchestrate Resilience: Design and implement complex, stateful distributed workflows using Temporal.io to ensure mission-critical processes are reliable and fault-tolerant.
Craft Modern UIs: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Bridge the Stack: Develop and maintain scalable APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) that connect sophisticated backend state machines to the end-user experience.
Solve Distributed Challenges: Handle concurrency, idempotency, and compensation logic within the Temporal ecosystem to manage long-running business logic.
Own the Lifecycle: Lead features from initial technical design and database schema modeling to deployment and observability.
Optimize Everything: Fine-tune frontend bundle sizes and backend worker performance to ensure a seamless experience across the entire platform.

Technical Requirements

Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern state management (e.g., TanStack Query, Redux, or Zustand).
Temporal Mastery: Proven experience with Temporal (or similar engines like Cadence) for workflow orchestration.
Python Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Python 3.10+ and its ecosystem for building scalable backend services.
Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Microservices.
Database Skills: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and designing efficient data models.
DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and building robust CI/CD pipelines.
