Job Description
Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Application Support Agent (Junior - Medior) in Netcompany?
We are looking to hire multiple candidates, ranging from Junior to Medior level.
As a Application Support Agent You Will
Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in ServiceNow.
Categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets according to internal procedures.
Provide first-line support by investigating and resolving common issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or other departments.
Ensure timely updates and clear communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle.
Assist in updating internal documentation and support materials for releases.
Gather and organize feedback from users after each release to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Excellent knowledge of English; French is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
Experience working with European Institutions is a significant plus.
