Owned by award-winning IT recruitment firm, Oliver Bernard, OB Collective was born out of our client's need for a partner who was able to align with their organisations and become a true delivery partner.

The Role
We are looking for a driven and highly focused Business Development person responsible for networking across our Private Sector client base to develop relationships with CTOs, CIOs, Engineering & Products Leaders, in start up, scale up and enterprise tech businesses to sell both outcome based and nearshore staff augmentation solutions for software engineering projects across web and mobile digital applications.

This role will involve working closely with the Directors to drive business and increase revenue

Responsibilities:
· Develop strong relationships with senior tech managers, key business executives and other stakeholders within our existing clients to open new business opportunities, creating a pipeline.
· Drive new sales for the business by promoting OB Collective services.
· Identifying prospects, visiting them face-to-face and advising the most suitable solutions.
· Develop sales and marketing strategies to successfully generate long-term new accounts.
· Taking business from initial interest, through to negotiating SOWs.
· Working closely with the Delivery team to cross-sell into existing accounts

About you:
· You will ideally be experienced in any of the following; Account Manager, BDM, Sales Executive, Senior Tech Recruiter.
· An understanding of the IT Consulting industries and or selling Managed Services and SOW business.
· Experience of face-to-face meetings with clients is ideal, and you will be a confident and experienced presenter, as this role will involve extensive pitching to new and existing clients.
· The ideal person for this role will be a sales hunter, tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· You will be somebody who will challenge the status quo and will not always seek to find the easiest solutions or sales techniques.
· High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
