Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid Onsite -3 Days onsite per week)

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI / GenAI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions. This role is responsible for owning LLM‑based architectures, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and driving AI adoption across data‑driven business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of GenAI and RAG‑based architectures for production systems
Own end‑to‑end integration of LLMs into enterprise applications and workflows
Design and optimize Text‑to‑SQL solutions for dynamic, AI‑driven data access
Partner with backend, data, and cloud teams to embed AI capabilities at scale
Establish best practices for AI performance, security, governance, and compliance
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on AI solution design
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for AI architectures and integrations

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in AI, ML, or advanced data‑driven engineering roles
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLM integration, and RAG patterns
Advanced SQL skills and experience with AI‑assisted query generation
Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent)
Proven ability to lead technical design and influence architecture decisions
