Core Responsibilities
Lead the social media strategy for France and Spain, ensuring strong alignment to global priorities while driving measurable audience growth and brand impact.
Develop and activate insight-led social plans for key campaigns and priority moments, contributing to business performance and positive share of voice.
Own the local content direction and editorial calendar across platforms (Meta, YouTube and emerging channels), ensuring culturally relevant, high-quality output.
Lead agency, creator and influencer partnerships – briefing, guiding and approving content to meet brand and creative standards.
Manage day-to-day channel operations, including scheduling, publishing and optimisation to maintain channel health and consistent growth.
Translate performance data and social listening into clear reporting and actionable improvements.
Partner with Community Management & Moderation to ensure timely engagement and appropriate handling of sensitive conversations or issues.
Support real-time content capture at key events and activations, while contributing to wider team delivery across markets when needed.

We set the global social direction and partner closely with markets to bring it to life locally. The team is accountable for channel growth, audience engagement and brand health across key platforms, ensuring everything reflects the creativity and playfulness the LEGO brand is known for.
The purpose of this role is to lead social impact in-market, growing reach and engagement, acting as a key link between local marketing teams and Global Social Media, and helping connect the brand to culture, build meaningful communities and create lasting brand love.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience leading the social media strategy for a major consumer brand, with deep hands-on knowledge of Meta platforms and the wider social ecosystem.
A track record developing and delivering market-level social strategies that drive audience growth, engagement and brand impact.
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with global and local teams, agencies, and senior partners within sophisticated structures.
Fluent in Spanish, French and English, with deep cultural insight into Spain and France.
Strong understanding of content creation across formats (organic, creator-led, campaign-led), with experience briefing and managing agencies, creators and influencers.
Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of how social drives brand health, campaign impact, and business growth. Confident using social listening and analytics tools to turn data into actionable insights.
A playful, creative mindset and deeply immersed in internet culture, living and breathing social media, with the ability to balance cultural relevance and brand safety.
Comfortable being hands-on, attending events, capturing content in real time and travelling when required.
