We are looking for ATR’s Head of Ethics & Compliance and Export Control and Chief Compliance Officer to come onboard in our Corporate Secretary Directorate in Rahul Domergue’s team : a team of 50 collaborators!

Your Mission

You shall implement all necessary actions to ensure the highest ethics and compliance standards.

You will be in charge of the management of Export Control, Ethics & Compliance matters, ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations for ATR and its subsidiaries; ensure awareness and provide training on the above matters.

You will manage a team composed of five employees.

Your main activities will include: Management of the Export Control, Ethics and Compliance matters for ATR and coordination of subsidiaries for the same matter; structuring of the Export Control and Ethics and Compliance systems and organization in ATR and its subsidiaries.

The CCO notably:

Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operations.
Collaborates with all other directorates/departments (e.g., Commercial, Procurement, Program, Finance, etc...) to manage compliance and export control related issues.
Consults with outside counsels as needed to resolve sensitive compliance and export control issues.
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures and conducting them. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
Provides reports on a regular basis to keep the General Counsel, the ATR Ethic & Compliance Committee and the ATR Excom informed of the operations and progress of compliance efforts.
Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
Maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting a Speak-up culture, a heightened awareness of the Code of Conduct, and the understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
Maintains and strengthens an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers of ATR and its subsidiaries.

Within the scope of Export Control:

Analysis of information collected from suppliers or members of the GIE as to the classification of the items they supply.
Prepare, apply for, and follow the export licenses necessary to support ATR’s commercial objectives.
Relationships with administrations in charge of Export Control and management of licenses obtained from relevant administrations / Relationships with outside counsels.
Relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders in the field of Export Control.
Define the requirements for, and put in place, tools for the management of Export Control information and awareness.
Putting into place and up-dating of all Directives and Processes linked to Export Control.
Organization of the information and training of ATR staff on Export Control issues with an impact on ATR activities.

Within the scope of Ethics and Compliance:

Analysis of « Compliance reports » submitted by the various Directorates trough the compliance IT Tool.
Analysis of requests regarding sponsorships and donations, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interests, business support initiatives and consultants.
Relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Relationships with administrations in charge of Ethics and Compliance.
Organization of the information and training of ATR staff on Ethics and Compliance issues with an impact on ATR activities.
Putting into place and up-dating of all Directives and Processes linked to Ethics and Compliance.
