Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Pay rate: $35/hr. to $40/hr. on W2
Duration: 4 months of contract
Location: Manhattan, NY, 10038
Hybrid (~2 days in office per week)
Job Description:
As a key member of the brand strategy team, this Specialist role (contractor) will support with the execution and optimization of marketing messages across digital and store touchpoints that foot back to overarching seasonal and organizational strategies.
In addition to running point on ensuring integrated marketing campaigns are being executed according to laid out strategies, this person will also support with identifying, developing, and executing fast-chase agility strategies that our business needs to adopt to improve the relevance, engagement, and success of our marketing communications.
Lastly, this role will support special projects on an as needed basis and serve as the brand store marketing liaison - ensuring that the seasonal strategies and promotional activities are holistically briefed and executed, resulting in a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
Your Impact:
1. IN-SEASON CONTENT STRATEGY - FULL PRICE COMMUNICATIONS
Post photo shoot, ensures that pre-season strategies are carrying through to executions across all store/digital channels inclusive of site, app, social, e-mail, SMS/Push and paid media for a holistic Go-To-Market Strategy for our customers, with a primary focus on our Lifestyle Categories (Sleep, Lingerie, Apparel, Sport, Swim, Accessories, and Third-Party brands).
Ensure our Weekly Content Calendar is up to date, and prepare for weekly in-season briefings to channel and creative partners.
Responsible for elevating and acting upon fast chase trend/cultural relevance opportunities, including amplifying in-season influencer content; quickly assemble proper cross functional partners and execute with agility.
Support our Weekly Edits strategy and execution, including the development of site landing experiences in partnership with digital merchandising.
2. HINDSIGHT TO ACTION & PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
Supports actions from Monday hindsight + Tuesday action in-season process: attends Monday and Tuesday working team business meetings.
Supports Brand Strategy Marketing team with compiling overarching seasonal hindsights and develops the consolidated marketing POV that will help drive future marketing actions.
Drives promotional storytelling strategy, including GWPs, as part of in-season optimization: attends offer-related meetings and milestones and ensures overarching best practices are carried out across digital and store marketing touchpoints.
3. SPECIAL PROJECTS:
Supports execution for special projects that connects the marketing brand strategy goals to seasonal storytelling
Support In-Store signage execution and events as needed
Support with pre-season storytelling as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred
2-3 years relevant working experience, can be inclusive of internship experiences
Fashion retail experience a plus
Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
Hybrid role based, being in office approximately two days per week or as needed depending on certain meetings
