Location: Montreal or Mississauga – Hybrid, 3 days on-site/week

Rate: $85–$110/hour CAD

The Opportunity:
Lead early-stage intake and solution framing for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives. Transform ambiguous requests into structured, measurable, delivery-ready initiatives from idea to MVP to production, ensuring governance, security, and operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate discovery workshops and intake process
Assess whether AI or simpler automation is appropriate
Define problem statements, workflows, and success criteria
Ensure alignment with security, RBAC/data access, and architecture standards
Challenge vendor proposals and ensure production readiness
Support change management and adoption planning
Requirements:
8–12+ years in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Solution Consulting, or Digital Transformation
Experience taking initiatives from discovery through production
Strong understanding of RPA/BPM, analytics, and GenAI/RAG use cases
Ability to define measurable KPIs, value hypotheses, and success criteria
Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
Familiarity with corporate process automation (finance, HR, procurement)
Knowledge of data governance, RBAC, privacy, and security
Agile or stage-gate delivery experience
Success Metrics:
Clear intake briefs and scoped initiatives
AI and automation use cases grounded in measurable business value
MVPs defined with KPIs and scalable to production
