Our client is hiring for a team of two ambitious, confident and professional Business Development Executives to support their continued global growth. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career individuals looking to break into B2B sales within a high-growth, purpose-driven company where your work genuinely makes an impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a collaborative, open-minded and fast-paced environment where development, reward and recognition are available to everyone. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll complete a full three-month, industry-leading Sales Academy in a high-quality learning environment, including 1-1 coaching and complete onboarding.

Your Responsibilities

As a BDE, you’ll sit at the heart of the company’s growth strategy.

Identify new business opportunities and spot where the company adds value
Prospect into target industries using calls, email, LinkedIn and social outreach
Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Work closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and refine messaging
Engage senior decision-makers and build meaningful early-stage relationships
Work alongside experienced sales leaders who are invested in helping you grow and progress.

Strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
Focused, organised and detail-oriented
Curious and confident asking questions to learn quickly
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term commercial career
