Title- Business Analyst (W2 Only - No Chance for 1099/C2C)

Location- Charlotte,NC :: Hybrid (Local Preferred)

Experience 7+ Years

Note- Any Certification related to Business Analyst will be preferred

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis

Experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau

Hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence

Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions

Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity

Perform gap analysis and impact analysis

Support UAT testing and production deployments

Develop dashboards and reports for business insights

Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
