Deliverables

Edit a property walkthrough video to a professional standard, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout.
Create and integrate realistic animations and illustrations that appear in sync with the client's narration, such as new houses or site features.
Ensure all visuals are developer-focused and enhance the viewer's understanding of the property's potential.
Deliver the final video file in the required format by the specified deadline.

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing, ideally with real estate or property-focused content.
Strong skills in animation and illustration, with the ability to create visuals that align with spoken content.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to visual storytelling.
Reliable internet connection and availability for remote collaboration.
