About The Role

We're hiring AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for potential bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns. Your judgment helps build AI systems that are fair, safe, and responsible.

Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review AI outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful content
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse audiences
Flag ethical concerns and provide structured written feedback
Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across tasks
Work across a wide range of topics and content types

Who You Are

Interest in fairness, ethics, or social impact topics
Strong critical thinking and ability to see multiple perspectives
Attention to nuance and cultural sensitivity
Clear written communication skills
No formal ethics or AI background required
