This internship offers a unique opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in Data Science by contributing to clinical research projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are committed to providing valuable learning experience and mentorship to support the intern's professional development and growth.

Position Summary

The intern will work closely with senior-level biostatisticians on topics related to the clinical study design and analysis of clinical trials and/or non-clinical research on oncology/hematology.

Performance Objectives

Conduct literature research.
Apply innovative statistical methods and/or computational tools to clinical trials.
Perform data analysis and simulations to answer research questions.
Present project work to internal and external stakeholders.
Write summary reports.

Education/Certification Requirements

In a Bachelor's degree program, rising junior or senior.
Completed course work in Statistics/Mathematics, or Science/Data Sciences, or Computer or related areas by summer 2026

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Excellent reading, writing and analytical skills
Proficient in one programming language/software
Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
Ability to be creative and innovative
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $18-$22 hourly. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
