Title: FP&A Analyst (6-Month FTC)

Location: London, Hybrid Working (1–2 days WFH)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Our client, a multinational infrastructure group with a strong global footprint, is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based in London, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical decision-making within a complex, international environment.

Responsibilities:

Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis on business performance, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
Assist in the production of management reporting packs, providing clear and concise commentary for stakeholders
Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance drivers and improve forecast accuracy
Support month-end close processes, ensuring actuals are accurately reflected in reporting and forecasting models
Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Assist with the ongoing improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior finance and management teams as required

Role Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Background in audit or financial reporting is advantageous
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial data clearly
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
Strong Excel skills; experience with large ERP systems is beneficial
