Barribal Associates are partnering with an International Beauty & Cosmetics organisation who are entering a new phase of data-driven growth — focused on margin expansion, omnichannel excellence and personalised customer engagement.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, strategic Head of Business Intelligence to define and lead our global BI and analytics agenda.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Director of FP&A within the Finance function. You will define and execute a global BI and analytics strategy that transforms data into actionable insight — driving revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic clarity across the organisation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Digital.

What You’ll Own:

Define and execute the global BI roadmap
Establish KPI harmonisation and data governance across regions
Drive commercial performance analytics (pricing, margin, channel profitability)
Lead customer segmentation, CLV and marketing ROI analytics
Deliver board-level dashboards and executive storytelling
Build and scale a high-performing global BI team

We’re Looking For:

Proven BI leadership in global e-commerce / FMCG / Retail / Beauty
Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
Advanced BI expertise (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Data warehousing knowledge (Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
Strategic thinker with operational delivery focus
