Benefits

Summary Of Position
As an AI Intern, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and leaders to support and accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies across the organization. The Innovation AI Intern will design and facilitate practical, role‑based workshops demonstrating how AI tools can be incorporated into daily work activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation
This role combines research, training delivery, and business process improvement. The Innovation AI Intern will tailor AI demonstrations to department‑specific workflows, helping employees understand responsible AI usage and real‑world applications. As business needs evolve, the intern may also support external-facing initiatives, including participation in customer demonstrations, workshops, or enablement sessions under the guidance of senior team members.
Essential Functions
Research emerging AI tools, platforms, and workplace applications relevant to business operations
Design and deliver department‑specific AI workshops tailored to employee roles and workflows
Demonstrate practical AI use cases that enhance productivity, communication, analysis, and operational efficiency
Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for AI integration into existing processes
Develop training materials, guides, and reusable learning resources for employees
Facilitate live workshops, demonstrations, and interactive learning sessions
Gather feedback from participants and continuously adapt workshop content
Track workshop outcomes, adoption trends, and productivity improvements
Maintain documentation of AI tools, best practices, and responsible usage guidelines
Present findings and recommendations to leadership regarding AI adoption opportunities
Attend team meetings and contribute to planning discussions
Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner

This job operates on-site in a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.
Required Education And Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Current student or 1-2 years of industry experience
