Job Title: Java Developer with Azure Databricks

Location: Toronto, ON- Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Will be working as a Java/Kafka developer on Azure Databricks

2. Should attend daily stand ups/ scrum calls/ quarterly PI

3. Work with BSA and product team to understand project requirements.

4. Create technical specification and source-to-target design mapping documents

5. Write Java/Kafka code, perform unit testing and work with QA & Business testers for defect resolution

6. Work with admins on code deployments

7. Should coordinate and lead the offshore developers

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in Java, Kafka is mandatory

2. Experience working on Databricks

Must Have Skills:

Java, Kafka, Azure Databricks
