Job Summary
The Catterick Integrated Care Centre (CICC) programme is a flagship initiative within Defence Medical Services (DMS) Transformation, delivering a state-of-the-art healthcare facility to serve both the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the local NHS population. The Programme Capability Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of this transformative programme, working closely with the Programme Capability Development Lead to implement solution designs for the Building and Clinical Operating Models. The role involves coordinating resources, managing communications, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth programme execution. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant initiative, shaping the future of integrated healthcare for MOD and NHS communities.
This role is offered on a fixed-term appointment (FTA) basis due to its alignment with the CICC programme, which is time-limited and will conclude upon the successful delivery of its objectives.

The Programme Capability Support Officer will play a critical role in maintaining momentum, aligning requirements, and supporting the delivery of business case benefits. Reporting to the Programme Capability Development Lead, the Programme Capability Support Officer will provide vital support in implementing solution designs for both the Building Operating Model and the Clinical Operating Model.
