** This role will work in a hybrid setting - 3 days onsite in Manhattan.

Senior Business Analyst (Change Management Focus)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in autonomous environments and can independently lead initiatives from discovery through implementation. This role requires a strong background in change management, business process transformation, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments. Extensive experience leading change initiatives and working with data-driven projects is essential.

This is a hybrid role, and regular onsite collaboration with business and technical teams is critical.

Your key responsibilities would include:

Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts independently, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support
Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
Analyze data sets to uncover insights, validate requirements, and support strategic decision-making
Lead and support change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption planning
Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and data specifications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadership
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive presentations
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise data strategy

We need your experience as follows:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant senior-level responsibility
Proven ability to operate independently and “take ownership” of initiatives with minimal direction
Extensive experience leading or supporting enterprise-level change management initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and transformation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in hybrid environments with regular onsite collaboration
Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills

Plusses:

Experience supporting accounting and/or finance functions
Exposure to enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformation programs
Certifications in Business Analysis or Change Management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Prosci, etc.)
