We’re Heidi Bakery — a growing independent bakery group with seven shops across the South East, with locations including Chelsea, Richmond, Windsor, Farnham, Haslemere and New Alresford.

Everything we sell is made from scratch by our team in Windsor and delivered fresh to our shops daily. The Role: Marketing Operations Coordinator

This is a hands-on role focused on CRM, campaign coordination and performance reporting.

You’ll work closely with our Content & Marketing Designer (who focuses on creative and content). You’ll keep campaigns organised, build and schedule customer communications, and help ensure marketing activity is measured and continually improved across multiple locations.

Because our products, promotions and customer experience change fast, this is an in-person role based in Windsor. You’ll be part of the central team, close to production, product development and the heartbeat of the business — not sat miles away trying to guess what’s going on.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Customer Marketing

Manage day-to-day activity within our CRM platform (segmentation, lists, automations, loyalty campaigns)
Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns
Maintain customer databases and support good data hygiene
Support targeted offers and customer retention initiatives
Coordinate voucher codes and campaign tracking

Campaign Coordination

Maintain the central marketing calendar across all locations
Coordinate campaign rollouts between the central team and shops
Ensure stores have the right information and assets at the right time
Support marketing for new store openings and seasonal launches

Reporting & Performance

Produce weekly and monthly marketing performance updates
Track campaign performance, redemptions and ROI
Analyse customer behaviour data from POS and CRM systems
Highlight trends and opportunities for improvement

Project Management

Ad hoc marketing or business project management – we deploy some cool stuff and need people who like to manage things

Systems & Process

Document marketing processes so they’re repeatable and scalable
Improve workflows between marketing, operations and stores
Liaise with external agencies or software providers where needed

The Ideal Candidate

2–4 years’ experience in marketing, CRM, or marketing operations
Comfortable using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with data (Excel/Google Sheets essential)
Able to manage multiple deadlines across multiple locations
Calm, structured and proactive
Interested in hospitality, retail or consumer brands

Bonus points for:

Multi-site retail or hospitality experience
Experience with loyalty schemes
Experience working in a growing, founder-led business

Working Location

This role is Windsor-based and in-person.

We believe Heidi works best when the team is close to the product, the kitchen, and each other. You’ll be working day-to-day with the central team, with regular touchpoints across the shops.

Some occasional early starts or weekend visits may be required around major launches or events.
