About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Executive to join our central Data & Tech team. This is a foundational, entry-level role that serves as the backbone of our agency's data operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information that powers our insights and analytics.

As a Data Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaign data within our proprietary data ecosystem. You will manage the setup process, ensure data quality and provide crucial support to the wider agency. You will become an expert in our processes and platforms, guaranteeing that data flows seamlessly from initial brief to final report.

This role is perfect for a meticulous and proactive individual who is passionate about data and wants to build a career in data operations and management within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Operations & Platform Management:
Manage the end-to-end data setup process for all campaigns, translating requirements from briefing forms into accurately configured campaign tracking documents.
Set up and maintain campaigns within our proprietary data platform (IBEX), ensuring all configurations align with our standard campaign models.
Manage all influencer data within the platform, including accurate tagging and profile maintenance using our data capture tools.
Support senior team members in making updates and enhancements to platform applications and reporting dashboards.
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance:
Act as a guardian of data quality, ensuring all information is accurately captured and maintained throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Be responsible for the timely and accurate import of campaign performance data from tracking documents into our central platform.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve inconsistencies or errors in campaign data to ensure the highest levels of data integrity.
Enforce data governance by ensuring all data inputs and tagging structures adhere to our established global processes.
Reporting & Analytics Support:
Utilise our business intelligence (BI) tool to build simple queries and dashboards to support the wider team's data needs.
Develop a foundational understanding of our key analytics applications, including the Benchmark Index, Performance Analyser and Deliverables Calculator.
Collaboration & Communication:
Communicate effectively with your line manager, providing regular updates on your workload, progress and any potential blockers.
Collaborate with teams across the agency to resolve action points and ensure smooth and efficient data workflows.
Work closely with your team members, building strong relationships and always looking for opportunities to provide support.
