Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Legal Assistant, based in Calgary, AB. The Family Law Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing support with legal document preparation, managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between clients & lawyers. They will play a critical role in the organization and smooth operation of the firm's legal processes, ensuring the timely submission of required documentation and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

1-3 years of legal assistant experience, family law experience considered an asset
Experience in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing documents with precision
Effective communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally with clients and team members
Proficiency in administrative tasks, organizational skills, and attention to detail
1-3 years of legal assistant experience, family law experience considered an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines effectively
