Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and driving B2B sales. Your ability to analyse market trends and customer needs will be crucial in developing effective strategies that enhance our service offerings. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to communicate well are highly desirable skills that will set you apart in this position.

Duties:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Present product offerings effectively to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
Attend industry networking opportunities to promote our services and expand your professional network.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is essential.
Proven track record success in face to face sales
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Benefits:

OTE of £80,000
£5,000 Car Allowance
Uncapped Commisson
