The Project Manager will lead the modernization of the Franchisee Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in large-scale IT project or program management, preferably within enterprise security or IAM modernization initiatives Strong understanding of Identity, Access, and API Management frameworks and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Ping IAM products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne) is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large, multi-phase delivery programs.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and executive-level reporting skills.
Experience working in customized delivery or hybrid operating models.
PMP, SAFE, or Agile certifications are a plus.
