As Director of Product Strategy, you will be a key member of our leadership team, reporting at VP level and driving the direction of our global product portfolio.

You will define and execute short-, mid-, and long-term product strategies, ensuring our roadmap reflects both market opportunities and the Voice of the Customer.

By leading product managers and working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and external partners, you will translate market insight into strong value propositions, profitable portfolio decisions, and successful commercialization strategies.

This role can be based in Belgium (Gent), Norway (Kongsberg), or Czech Republic (Brno).

What makes you a great fit?

You bring strong strategic leadership combined with hands-on product management experience. With a Master’s degree in a technical or business field and 10+ years of relevant industry experience, you have successfully led cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

You are analytical, customer-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to convert market needs into clear product direction. You communicate confidently at all organizational levels and are comfortable operating in an international environment with global travel. Experience with tollgate processes and portfolio management is an advantage.
