We are looking for a forward-thinking Consulting Industry Partner to lead strategic engagements within the Belgian public sector. This is not a delivery role. This is not pure sales. This is a C-suite advisory leadership position where strategy, technology, and commercial ownership converge.

Your Impact

As a senior consulting leader, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, COOs, CTOs, CDOs) on complex digital and business transformation

• Shape and drive a bold go-to-market strategy

• Own Consulting P&L (Revenue & Margin) across strategic accounts

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps

• Unlock value through Data & AI, platform modernisation, and hyperscaler ecosystems

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams from strategy to execution

• Build executive relationships that translate vision into measurable impact

You will play a defining role in helping public institutions modernize, innovate, and deliver smarter services to citizens.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years in management or technology consulting

Deep expertise in Digital Strategy & Business Transformation

Strong understanding of Data & AI, regulatory environments, and process excellence

Proven ability to influence at executive level

Commercially sharp with experience owning revenue growth

Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, grow, and lead

Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

Established network within the public sector

Big Four consulting experience? That’s a plus.
