London (Hybrid / Remote)

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to help shape how we communicate what we’re building.

This is a short-term, 1-month internship (approx. 10 hours per week).

It is unpaid.

It is designed for someone who wants real creative involvement and strategic exposure.

About ElCode

ElCode is an independent cultural technology studio.

We help small-medium businesses build software to extend what they already offer onto digital space through digital marketplaces or internal platforms to make operations more efficient.

We operate as infrastructure — pairing a diverse network of designers, developers, strategists, and creatives into multidisciplinary teams to execute projects and build digital platforms.

Our work includes:

• Commissioned client platforms (with upfront agreed compensation)

• In-house digital products with long-term growth potential

• A 70% profit-share model directed back to contributing teams

We support projects from concept through delivery and into expansion.

The Role

You will help articulate:

What ElCode does
Why our model differs from traditional agencies
How creative teams can retain ownership
Why digital infrastructure needs rethinking

You’ll create:

Short-form video (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
Linked Inn Posts for sales outreach.
Talking-head explainers
Behind-the-scenes content
Narrative content introducing our ecosystem

If you’re based in London, you’re welcome to work from our creative studio sapce and be embedded in the environment.

Remote collaboration is also completely possible.
