Introduction

This hourly position provides essential support for AI operations within the department. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers to ensure seamless communication and effective task execution. Additional technology-focused responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.

What You Will Do

Provide essential operational support for AI initiatives within the department.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
Support AI systems, workflows, and related technical processes.
Assist with communication, documentation, and execution of departmental initiatives.
Take on additional technology-related responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Bring

Data Management

Proficiency in capturing and documenting data attributes.
Ability to identify risks and ensure compliance with established standards.

IT Proficiency

Strong understanding of PC hardware and operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting common application and system issues.

Technical Expertise

Familiarity with department-specific systems and tools.
Experience providing customer-focused technical support.

Machine Learning Knowledge

Foundational understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and implementation.

Analytical Thinking

Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Documentation

Skilled in creating clear and effective technical documentation for diverse audiences.

Attention to Detail

Highly meticulous in processing detailed information while minimizing errors.

Task Management

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
