Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for two ServiceNow IRM Specialists to join a dynamic project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely within the UK on a key initiative to optimise enterprise risk management and compliance processes.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance governance, streamline workflows, and improve compliance maturity.
Manage ongoing optimisation of the platform, ensuring it effectively supports risk registers, control frameworks, policy lifecycle management, and automation.
Act as a subject matter expert on risk-related ServiceNow modules, providing guidance and best practices.
Utilise technical skills to configure and administer ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules, including Flow Designer, ACLs, scripting (Glide), and CMDB relationships.
Integrate risk data via REST APIs, MID Server, and data imports, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience configuring and managing ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and ACLs.
Experience with risk registers, scoring models, control frameworks, and policy workflows.
Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs and data imports.
Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
