Job Description

The client is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to support clinical and operational analytics initiatives. The analyst will work with healthcare datasets such as claims, patient records, and provider data to generate insights that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, patient records) to identify trends and support clinical decision-making.
Develop reports and dashboards for healthcare operations, quality metrics, and compliance reporting.
Use SQL and Excel to extract and analyze healthcare data from enterprise databases.
Work with healthcare stakeholders to track KPIs such as patient outcomes, hospital utilization, and treatment effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
Support data quality checks and validation for clinical and operational datasets.
Assist in building predictive models for patient risk analysis and healthcare utilization forecasting.
