App Security Architect (SSO/MFA/OKTA Engineer )

Location – Dallas, TX

Long term Contract

Authentication SSO/MFA/OKTA Engineer - The App Security Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust security solutions for applications, focusing on multi-factor authentication and identity management.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive security solutions for applications, ensuring robust protection against threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-factor authentication systems such as OKTA and Ping ID MFA
- Oversee the deployment and management of identity management solutions including Microsoft Entra ID and RSA Adaptive Authentication
- Provide expert guidance on Java-based security frameworks to enhance application security
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead efforts to educate and train teams on security best practices and emerging threats
- Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies to meet organizational needs
- Monitor security trends and advancements to proactively address potential risks
- Ensure seamless integration of security solutions within existing IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and objectives
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues
- Contribute to the development of security strategies that align with business goals.
